Shipping policy

Shipping:

Under normal conditions, orders of available stock are shipped within 2 business days of placement. 

Currently, due to Covid-19, we will notify you by email as to when you can expect delivery.  We anticipate to ship within 7 days of order placement.  

If you have requested 2 Day Air or Overnight service,  we will inform you via email when we will be able to ship your merchandise and the express delivery will take effect from the date of first available shipping date.  

If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.

Methods of Payment:

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay credit cards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time. As required by law, sales tax of 8.875% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of New York.

Free Shipping with $250 purchase

Orders shipped standard delivery will arrive via UPS ground. Delivery times vary based on location, but should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

DURING COVID-19 times, delivery may take an additional 7 days. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING is NOT AVAILABLE PRESENTLY, unless direct arrangements have been made.
